Effective Date: 1st September 2025. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lighthouse.one (“Lighthouse,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using Lighthouse, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

Lighthouse is a software tool designed to help you track and monitor your digital assets across wallets, exchanges, and other services.

For clarity, Lighthouse does not provide any “crypto-asset services” including custody, custodial order execution, exchange or investment advice. All transactions are executed directly by you with third-party protocols or services outside of Lighthouse.

2. No Financial Advice

All information provided through Lighthouse is for informational purposes only. Nothing on Lighthouse constitutes investment, legal, or financial advice. Analytics, portfolio breakdowns, and risk metrics are informational tools and not individualized recommendations. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

Your use of Lighthouse is entirely at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data. You acknowledge that digital assets are inherently risky and volatile, and Lighthouse is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. If you choose to use third-party integrations (e.g., swaps, bridges, transfers), those interactions are executed directly between you and the third-party protocol. Lighthouse does not execute, intermediate, or guarantee such transactions.

4. User Obligations

When using Lighthouse, you agree to: Use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Not abuse, interfere with, or disrupt Lighthouse or its infrastructure.
Not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the Lighthouse API or data feeds.

5. Accounts and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Lighthouse in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Termination of your Lighthouse account does not impact your digital assets in any way, as Lighthouse does not custody or control user funds.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in Lighthouse’s software, brand, and content remain our property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Lighthouse without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: Lighthouse disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or costs arising from your use of the service.
You agree that Lighthouse shall not be liable for lost profits, lost assets, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct where such limitation is not permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without reference to conflict of laws.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Lighthouse after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
