Privacy is a core principle at the foundation of Lighthouse. We aim to collect as little data as possible to operate Lighthouse while offering the best possible product in compliance with relevant Swiss laws and regulations.

  • Wallet addresses (encrypted in storage).
  • Usernames (for accounts/workspaces).
  • Analytics data (via Mixpanel, including device/browser information).
  • Cookies and local storage data (for core functionality such as session management and preferences).

We use collected data strictly for:
  • Providing and improving the Lighthouse service.
  • Customer support and troubleshooting.
  • Functional integrations (e.g., querying balances from public blockchains).
We do not sell or share user information for marketing purposes.

Data is only shared in its minimal form with service providers necessary to operate Lighthouse and we never share sensitive workspace, portfolio, or personal information with external partners.

Data is stored using third-party cloud providers under strict access controls. Wallet addresses are anonymized for analytics when possible, using internal unique identifiers. We implement encryption and other safeguards to protect user data.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Lighthouse workspace at any time, which removes all related data from our servers. Trial customer workspaces are deleted after 30 days. Under GDPR, users may request a copy, transfer, or deletion of their data subject to certain conditions.

We use cookies and local storage to enable essential features (e.g., login sessions, saved preferences).
